U.S. Army Reserve intelligence professional and former Army National Guard infantryman with extensive operational UAS experience supporting defense missions in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. After the 2022 invasion, William spent extensive time in Ukraine working with and training Ukrainian drone units.
