MANUFACTURING

DESIGNED FOR REPEATABLE PRODUCTION.

Vanthal aircraft are engineered for operational performance, rapid assembly, consistent configuration, and production at meaningful volume. Modular component architecture, standardized work processes, and automation-assisted quality controls support shorter lead times and reliable fleet replenishment.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY

CURRENT CAPACITY
Up to750aircraft per month
TARGETED Q1 2027 CAPACITY
Up to5,500aircraft per monthPLANNED EXPANSION
TARGETED Q2 2027 CAPACITY
More than12,000aircraft per monthPLANNED EXPANSION

Planned capacity is dependent on scheduled facility expansion, workforce growth, equipment deployment, supplier scaling, and successful production-line qualification.

A PRODUCTION SYSTEM BUILT AROUND THE AIRCRAFT

MODULAR AIRCRAFT ARCHITECTURE

Vanthal platforms use common components, standardized interfaces, and simplified assembly sequences wherever mission requirements permit. This reduces unnecessary production variation and supports faster assembly, inspection, maintenance, and component replacement.

TASK-SPECIALIZED PRODUCTION

Aircraft production is divided into clearly defined, task-specific operations. Personnel are trained and qualified on individual processes using documented work instructions, dedicated fixtures, and repeatable acceptance criteria.

AUTOMATION-ASSISTED ASSEMBLY

Automation is applied where it improves production speed, consistency, and inspection quality. Fixtures, programmed tools, repeatable assembly processes, and digital production records reduce variation between aircraft and simplify quality verification.

IN-PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL

Quality verification occurs throughout production rather than only at final inspection. Defined acceptance criteria, serialized components, documented inspections, and final functional testing support configuration control and traceability from incoming components through shipment.

INTEGRATED MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES

AIRCRAFT ASSEMBLY

Vanthal manages aircraft assembly, component integration, configuration, inspection, functional testing, documentation, and shipment preparation through a standardized production process.

BATTERY-PACK ASSEMBLY AND TESTING

IN DEVELOPMENT

Vanthal is developing an integrated capability for UAS battery-pack assembly, configuration, inspection, testing, and aircraft integration. The process is intended to support consistent electrical configuration, quality control, traceability, and supply-chain resilience.

FIBER-OPTIC SPOOL SYSTEMS

IN DEVELOPMENT

Vanthal is developing fiber-optic spool assembly and aircraft-integration capabilities for operations in electronically contested environments. The manufacturing process is being designed around repeatable spool preparation, mechanical integration, fiber management, inspection, and replaceable system configurations.

CONFIGURATION CONTROL FROM COMPONENT TO SHIPMENT

Production records, serialized assemblies, country-of-origin documentation, incoming inspection, in-process checks, and final functional testing provide traceability throughout the manufacturing process.

  • Serialized bills of material
  • Country-of-origin documentation
  • Incoming component inspection
  • Standardized work instructions
  • In-process acceptance checks
  • Final aircraft configuration verification
  • Functional system testing
  • Shipment documentation
