Vanthal Technologies is building affordable unmanned aircraft and the domestic manufacturing systems required to produce them at scale. We are assembling a team across production, engineering, quality, flight testing, supply chain, and operations.
Our primary operations are based in Annapolis, Maryland. Most manufacturing, integration, and flight-test positions require regular on-site work.

PRODUCTION
Build and assemble aircraft using standardized processes, documented work instructions, fixtures, and repeatable quality checks.
ENGINEERING
Develop aircraft systems, manufacturing processes, mission integration, communications, autonomy, and supporting test equipment.
QUALITY
Maintain configuration control, inspection records, traceability, acceptance criteria, and final verification.
FLIGHT TEST
Configure, inspect, operate, troubleshoot, and document aircraft through functional and flight-testing processes.
SUPPLY CHAIN AND OPERATIONS
Coordinate supplier qualification, procurement, inventory, production planning, documentation, and shipment readiness.
